Our founder serves as Executive Director today and previously worked as a Senior Manager for a large "Big Five" Accounting Firm and as a Systems Engineer for a very large hardware and services firm's software re-engineering group, serving as a national practice leader in both of these positons.
This experience has resulted in first hand involvement in the entire application development life cycle in various roles from Programmer all the way up to Project Manager performing on a range of assignments such as feasibility studies, package implementations, conversions, and custom development projects.
As a result, JEM Technology Group's management team has worked with a vast array of technology. Our leadership has faced IT challenges before and knows what it is like to be in our client's shoes and they draw on their understanding and experience whether recruiting, staffing, or implementing projects on behalf of our clients.
