Overview

JEM Technology Group's Staff Augmentation Practice is comprised of two areas: Technical Staffing and Functional Staffing. Each area seeks to provide highly skilled professionals, at the time and for the duration specified by our client. These resources become members of our client's project team to fill a very specific role critical to the success of the project. They are provided to our client on a hourly basis and are managed by their client's project team.

As previously stated, this practice is skills focused whereby our consultants are contracted to provide very specific skills (either technical or functional) that support the ongoing efforts of our client.

Finally, every Practice is comprised of numerous Practice Areas and for a specific Practice Area, there can be various Service Offering(s) as depicted and described below.

Practice Area and Service Offerings

Technical Staffing

Understand / Gather Client Requirements

Defines the scope of what our client needs to do from a TECHNICAL perspective. This includes things such as the technical environment the work will be completed in, any specific technical skills required by our client from our consultant, desired timeline for completing the work, office location where the work will be completed, and any existing budget constraints.

Identify Skillsets Required

Given the TECHNICAL requirements defined above, this offering finalizes all the TECHNICAL skills (as well as any others) that will be required to ensure our client's success.

Locate Appropriate Resources

Given the TECHNICAL requirements above, this offering locates those consultants that can successfully support those.

Conduct Technical Screening

Once all of the appropriate consultants have been identified, they are then screened. During that process, the TECHNICAL requirements defined above are discussed in order to determine whether the necessary consultant commitment level exists to achieving our client's objectives. Also, consultants passing our screening are presented to our client and screened again by them. The end objective is to develop a list of highly viable candidates to meet the requirements defined above.

Commit Consultant to Client

Upon completion of the screening process, our client selects the consultant they believe will best fit the above TECHNICAL requirements. As a part of this offering, once this selection occurs, the consultant is committed to our client and the engagement is formalized through a signed contract so that work can begin.

Manage Resource Availability

After the engagement is formalized, this offering manages that commitment until the above TECHNICAL requirements are fulfilled to the satisfaction of our client.


Functional Staffing
